Bistro Nine's menus capture the essence of refined italian cooking with the use of fresh, homemade pastas, seasonal ingredients, and the best quality seafood, steaks, chops, poultry, and pork. Chef Aaron Edwards has created three unique menus to better serve the needs of our diverse guests. Our dinner menu is characterized by a wide selection of modern, somewhat italian-inspired faire ranging from innovative parchment baked seafood preparations to classic favorites like pork osso buco and veal milanese.
Bistro Nine's "small plates" menu is ahead of the curve in Rhode Island by offering a wide variety of whimsical dishes including beef tenderloin roll-ups with boursin cheese, lobster sliders, and potato croquettes with pancetta and chive creme fraiche. The small plates selections are best shared amongst friends and enjoyed with a Bistro Nine signature cocktail or glass of italian wine. During lunch hours, BIstro Nine is the perfect place to devour an artisan sandwich or homemade grilled pizza while over-looking the scenic nine-hole golf course, for which Bistro Nine gets its name.
Bistro Nine offers an extensive wine list including selections from Italy, Chile, Argentina, California, France, Spain, Germany, New Zealand, and Australia. Our comprehensive bottled beer selection includes a variety of imported and domestic india pale ales, euro lagers, brown ales, pilsners, stouts, wheat ales, light, and non-alcoholic beers.
Reservations are strongly suggested. Five and eight-course Chef's Tables paired with wine are available upon request starting at $50 a head.
